Resolved Question: How do I meet the girl of my dreams? HELP?

Okay, I'm 17, and my girlfriend who lives in New York is 16. I live in Stockton,California. We are madly in love. Now, my aunt and uncle won't let me get a job, will not let me get a cell, and will not let me move out until I'm like 24 because of my autism, which on a scale of 1 to 10 of worst or best is a solid 10. My autism isn't that severe. Now I know I have 2 years until we meet, but my issue is how can I meet her if I won't be able to drive there, ride a plane, ect.?
