Resolved Question: Can anyone please recommend a hair salon for me in stockton california?

Ok so i want to go get my hair dyed (red, not natural red, very bright) and cut (layers but maintain as much as the length as possible). The longest parts of my hair reach my waist. I want to go get this but i really can't waste much money on it so if you know anywhere in stockton where they could do this (and do it cheap) please help me.
